We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, barring weekends and holidays.  If payment is not received for your order at the time it is placed this will delay shipment.  If you are ordering name histories or bookmarks this can delay shipment of your order as we may have to research and write your name histories or bookmarks.  Estimated ship time on name histories is 3-5 weeks.  Most name history orders ship in 24 hours.  You can contact us if you have a deadline for name histories.

We accept credit card payments through Paypal.

US orders are shipped via first class mail unless they weigh over one pound or you pay for priority shipping.  Orders over one pound or that pay for priority shipping will ship via USPS priority mail.  We occasionally ship UPS.  We do not ship FedEx except under very rare circumstances.  Contact us if you need your order shipped via FedEx and we will help you. 

We no longer ship internationally. 

Yes, we will ship to military personnel and APO boxes!

Yes, we will ship your gift orders for you.  Each gift order includes a free gift card that we sign your name to, or a short message as specified by you. 

We do NOT offer overnight shipping.  Why?  Because the post office that serves our area does not offer it.  If you are in need we can offer 2-day express mail, please contact us if you need this service.

Mail goes out at roughly noon (Mountain time zone).
